I had a very frustrating experience with the reservation process at the hotel. While I eventually got a reservation for one room, I was mistakenly charged for two. On the plus side, the location is excellent and there's potential for a pleasant stay, but the communication and response to issues left much to be desired.

The service from Chelsea and her team was outstanding, making us feel genuinely welcomed. However, the room we initially booked felt a bit cramped, and there were some outdated aspects that could use an upgrade, which held us back from giving this place a perfect score.
